I purchased a double slider to replace my garage door. I’m renovating the garage into a family room. Pros: -price and finance options -salesman was friendly and helpful -my door looks fantastic -installers were friendly, worked hard, and did an awesome job as far as I can see Cons: - communication (reason for four instead of five stars) Communication was lacking or not expressed clearly at times. It made some moments during the process frustrating. However, I will say when I expressed how unhappy I was, they fixed the issue and made it right. I’m overall very happy with my door and glad it’s installed and love it.

This is the second house I had new windows replaced with window world. First time was great high quality windows. Second time looks like my 3 year old put them together with a hot glue gun. I told my representative and haven’t heard anything back. They never even followed up or came out to check on the install. They got my money and ran. Do not use this company it is not the same they were 8 years ago. I am so disappointed because they did such a good job and the quality was great the first time. I received an email saying that they will fix the issues. A month later still haven’t heard from them so I emailed them and they said they are ordering a new window for the messed up and they would fix all the other issues. Well it’s been three months haven’t heard from them so I guess it’s time for the next step and start a civil suit. 10/13/2022 Ok finally finished with my windows. An employee by the name of Sterling came out and fixed all the issues I was having do to the poor install job that was done by the initial installers. This guy was awesome he should be running your installation teams. He was very thorough and professional. He fixed everything I complained about and then A couple issues he found. Sterling restored my faith with Window World. Window World you should be very lucky to have him because the rest of your team I dealt with ruined your company. Thank you Sterling . Mr. Schmidt

Isaac was great going over the contract and everything we would get in these great windows! Everything happened in a timely manner. Came to measure, order time was about what they estimated, 11 weeks. Once my order arrived and they called to schedule they scheduled it for the following week. Only took about 6 hours for 11 windows and they look great!!!

Everything about this process was fairly effortless. I never felt pressured by the salesperson to commit. The windows arrived earlier than we originally were told which is not a bad thing at all. The installation crew was very courteous, professional, and forthcoming with answers when we had any. I am very pleased with the windows. I would've liked for them to have cleaned the windows after installation just for a final touch but that by no means takes away from the wonderful job they performed.

Very happy with the products and service. The only downside was that It did take quite a while to get the windows delivered after ordering. However, everything seems to be taking longer in the current Covid/supply chain environment so I’ll cut some slack. The crew did a very professional installation.

I dealt with Isaac Plumlee as the sales rep. He arrived actually early. He phoned and asked if that was acceptable and it sure was. His explanation and review of the windows was thorough and very professional. He answered all my questions easily and I felt he had a great grasp of his product. I am incredibly satisfied with Window World of Waco and Isaac!!

We had all 34 windows in our house replaced. Our salesman was very professional and responsive and the window installation team were very conscientious and invited our questions wherever we had them. The toughest part was simply coordinating things with the office... Which is why I did not give them a five-star review. But in their defense it was on the tail end of COVID and I'm sure difficult to maintain consistent office staffing. I would recommend them! Their product is excellent!

From the salesman to the install, Window World of Waco was awesome. The salesman was not pushy which was nice. He told us he doesn't have to be as the windows sell themselves. He explained everything about them which was what we were looking for to replace original 1977 windows. Next person to meet...the professional installer to get measurements. He was very professional & friendly. All around nice guy. It took around 1 month for the windows to come in but the office staff was very considerate & kept us posted on the progress. Install day...the guys were on time, considerate, professional, & friendly. They replaced all 15 windows in 1 day. We love the windows & they really gave our house a much needed face-lift. I would refer anyone that is looking for windows to Window World in Waco!

The installers were on time, very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The windows look very nice. I had to call Window World after they left and the next day for a couple of concerns. They were promptly answered. I think one area that they could improve is cleaning the windows after they are installed. When you spend that amount of money, I feel like that’s the least they could do. Other than that I am very pleased with our windows

I am generally happy with the work done by the installers. Both men seemed knowledgeable and were conscientious. I had a patio slider and a front entry door installed. I did notice that there are two screws missing per hinge on the front door (six screws total). Shouldn't this have been caught at the manufacturer? Installation + 4 stars / Product = 3 stars
