My windows have not been installed yet since I’m just starting the process. However- I completed my request for a quote on a Sunday late afternoon & had a call in less than 10 minutes to schedule an appointment. Yes, Wow! I was scheduled an appointment the following week and Marty, my rep, was so kind to reschedule at the last minute since I had something come up. My appointment was this morning. Marty was on time, very courteous and professional. He gave me all of the info I needed and the price was much less than I expected so very pleased! I’ve also had several friends highly recommend Window World and so far I’m extremely impressed!! Now just to wait for the back order process, which Marty informed me of and I’ve heard about in the news. I can wait knowing I’m getting the best service and price!

Sam came as scheduled to measure our existing windows and give us a quote. He explained the options for impact vs shutters. He showed us a sample shutter, how shutters would be placed for a storm, and how much storage space would be required. We chose impact windows. I wish delivery and installation schedules were normal, but between Sally and Covid, I knew there would be a delay. I will update my review when the job is complete.

We had our in-home estimate with Gordon today, and we’re very pleased. He was communicative, on time, and very informative. He was super personable and just overall a cool guy that I didn’t get annoyed with at all.I appreciated A LOT that he wasn’t pushy, and he didn’t try and annoying and outdated sales tactics on us (most of the locally owned window people tried this on me, and let’s be honest, I’m not into sales BS).We haven’t had our windows installed yet due to a delay, but our first part of the window journey has been a pleasure. Want to give 5 stars, but our second experience has been less than ideal..We had our windows done a few years ago, a team of 2 came out and did all 16 windows in a single day! Definitely helped our home be more energy efficient and reduced road noise compared to out single pane windows before.Went back to WW for a door installation. Took a while to get scheduled and had to call multiple times to see if our doors were even ready, as we never received any updates from when we purchased the services months before. Again, a team of 2 came and installed doors, did a great job, were friendly and professional. However, they forgot the new door handles, so we had to call to schedule the installation of those. Installer comes and he has the wrong pieces. WE HAD TO CALL AGAIN to reschedule. Now they don't have our handles in stock. No ETA. Not ideal and more than a little frustrating to be waiting for phone calls and taking multiple days off to get this completed.On a positive note both the doors and the windows look great and are secure, but wish we had the handles we paid for.

I met Tony from Window World at the condo I’m selling to get an estimate on window replacement. He discovered the water intrusion issue was likely an outside building cause and not the windows. It’s refreshing to get an honest assessment- which means if I do need to replace my windows it will be Window World I’ll be calling.

I figured since several of my neighbors and coworkers have purchased windows from Window World of Pensacola that something is right about them. And it's true, great prices and quality and superb installation. Almost seemed too good to be true at first, but seriously, the quality is very good and when you consider the pricing and transferrable lifetime warranty, it's alot of window for the money. Marty was straightforward about with the sale, and the installers were on time, very experienced and worked quickly. I seriously should have done this years ago, but my prior experience with a Pella installer up north was not exactly straightforward. Now I cannot imagine buying windows from anyone but Window World of Pensacola.

The installers were real craftsmen. We had 2 bay windows that required a true mechanic. They had to manufacture the trim where the windows came together and they did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. I love our new windows.

Marty sets the standard for sales etiquette. No pressure, didn’t waste my time with a drawn out pitch, and and overall just pleasant to talk to.

Once a schedule was determined Window World communicated very well the time and expectations for me. I was more than happy with the work performed. It turns out I had some wood damage that needed to be addressed prior to a proper install. They provided me with a contractor who did and excellent job of the repairs and two days later Window World was able to return and complete the install of my new patio door.

Windows haven't been installed yet so the quality is unknown at this time. The sample window looked well built

Tony arrived early, came well prepared had all his materials and and displays with him when he arrived. Went right to work upon arrival taking measurements of all the windows and doors. Once completed he came in sat down with us and explained the options available. Gave us pricing options on the different models and did a great job of helping us select what was best for us. Was not pushy at all but did a good job of explaining the pros of why window world products meet and exceed consumer expectations. We were considering purchasing from another vendor in town but after working with Tony that was no longer an options. He answered all our questions and when I followed up with a few more he responded right away and helped us secure a better deal. A-1 experience so far and if the windows and doors are as good as advertised I’ll follow-up with another review. Only negative we have is having to wait 10-12 weeks to get them installed, which he went into detail to explain why.

I sought estimates for fabric hurricane shutters from 3 different window companies. One was almost $1,000 higher than Window World's, & 1 was $200 less but didn't call me back. I contacted Window World and they did not hesitate to reduce their estimate by $200 to get my business. Installers were on time, worked efficiently, and were professional. Before they left, they made sure I understood how to install the hurricane shutters and they cleaned everything up in the yard. I'm very pleased.

The doors are completely installed, work perfectly and are very nice looking.The installers were very honest when they ran into some rotting wood in the sub-flooring. They informed us of it and didn't install the doors until the sub-flooring was fixed. Some installers might have ignored the problem and installed the doors just to get the job done and get paid. We were very impressed by their honesty!!! We know they are people we can depend on!!!

From the sales staff, to the folks who measured the opening for the windows and ordered the windows, to the absolutely lovely installers - I was thrilled with the process all the way along. They have the BEST crew of people and the windows are beautiful, and they were installed so skillfully, and everything was left so nice and neat before the installers left. I had old windows, from maybe the 80ties, that were just one layer of glass and I could feel the heat or the cold just pouring through the glass and the old windows would sweat so badly. Now, with my new windows, the glass is as cold to the touch as the AC in the air. I LOVE them!!!!!!!!!!

If I didn’t need to wait for my Home Owners Insurance to finish processing my claim, I would of immediately committed to the new windows and entry door. I was told by corporate that the install would take 1 day. The installers took 2 days and said that was normal. I have several renovations going and had them scheduled back to back and also had to leave town so definitely an inconvenience.

Great experience, great organization. Over 10 years ago I had replaced all of my windows using Window World. They are still great and the warranty is fantastic. Recently I replaced three windows in my garage. They have been able to match the house and garage windows with the original style in an effort to keep this 88 year old house period correct. From the estimate to the install, we were treated to professionalism and great customer service. Josh, Curtis, and John did an outstanding job and managed to get the job done in one day..unintentionally! They stayed until it was done, and except for the stickers that must remain until the inspection, you couldn't even tell they had been there! Really smooth experience from sales to installation. The salesman, Marty, explained the product in detail with each window itemized on the order form. I knew exactly what I ordered and the cost. Installation by Joe and Shane was excellent. They worked as a team and got it all done in minimum time. I highly recommend Window World. FYI, I replaced 12 windows and a sliding patio door.

Window world was 1of 3 we looked at for replacement windows. Their prices were better then the rest and with replacing 17 windows and a door it mattered alot to us. The installation team was great, they cleaned up every night and did a fantastic job on the install. We are extremely happy with the whole experience!

High accolades to Window World's representative Marty, he was prompt, knowledgeable and helped us lay out a comprehensive plan for our house renovation.

Martin was our sales consultant, very easy to work with and very responsive to code questions. He also noted many items our insurance adjuster missed for neglected during our hurricane repair estimate. Getting us the proper code references to get insurance to cover all windows being replaced instead of only the few cracked ones. He explained how even if they were physically broken, at the barometric pressure every seal failed an is letting more heat into our home than normal, which is why the electric bill has been on the rise compared to last year at this time. Fully recommended calling him and setting up an appointment.

The guys who installed the windows did a great job. But we did not expect to have to rehang our blinds or have to have our security system redone on the two new windows. Next time we’ll read the entire contract. Everyone we dealt with was very nice.

How affordable it is. Our house is over 70 years old with the original windows and no installation in the walls. These windows will greatly reduce or energy bill.

Grant came out to discuss the windows and payment options (which are great by the way). He was very friendly and most importantly he was not pushy whatsoever. I was told the windows would be completed in approximately 6 weeks but to my surprise they were done in 2 weeks!!! Joe and Angela showed up to install the windows and I honestly couldn't have been more impressed. They were both very friendly, on time and I couldn't have asked for a faster install.
