So far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. I waited with no feedback for many months, windows were Installed with large slider missing, one window was chipped some had hard prints on them and Not one person has returned my calls over a week now. I will report this anywhere and everywhere I can. I have reached out to Tammy Whitworth as well to let her know franchise owners like this can Ruin companies.

Window World installed my windows September 2021. Due to Covid they took a little longer than expected to arrive, but that is to be expected right now. Once they arrived the installation was arranged within days. The installers showed up on time and installed a whole house of windows in less than a day. I shopped around at 6 different companies for installing impact windows. Window World represented by Spencer Loomis was the most competitive in terms of a balance between pricing, window specifications, and warranty. I’ve never shopped around for windows before and I learned very quickly the industry is littered with car salesmen type people who will bend the truth until you sign and they nail you with the fine print (usually related to warranty coverage). Spencer was not this way at all. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he didn’t waste my time. I also found it extremely helpful that he used to be a previous installer and moved into sales. He was able to answer my technical questions that other window salesmen were not able to due to their lack of experience. The windows Window World uses are on par among the industry as far as the U-Factor and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient goes. My installer was Chris T. and his crew of two helpers. Overall they did an excellent job at the installation of the 5 windows I had purchased. One of them was a glass block window in the bathroom which looked like a total pain in the butt to removed as each block is mortared individually and most of them shattered upon trying to saw out. Extremely satisfied with the final result on my home from Window World and would highly recommend Spencer and Chris T. to anyone looking to get new impact windows installed. I have 6 more that I am interested in getting myself and will be reaching back out when I accumulate the appropriate funding.

I wasn't looking for impact windows because I plan putting accordion shutters on for the price of all my windows and accordion shutters were half the price of the 3 other quotes I had gotten from the other companies I went mention. This review is just about our experience with Chris Kaslow, the design consultant who came out to speak with us regarding our intent to get new windows.Chris was a bit early (30 minutes) without any notice, but was completely understanding that we were still eating when he arrived.The presentation was nice and knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all of my questions, even the ones that popped up randomly as he was figuring out the estimate. He was up front with us about what to expect, how long certain things would take (or expire), and was very understanding of my concerns regarding warranties and company professionalism.We've spoken with other companies, and usually ended up on the fence despite a good/similar presentation, but this one really knocked it out of the park, and has us leaning heavily towards this company despite us having a few more appointments to go.The reason this is a 4 star review and not a 5 star is two-fold: 1) The lack of communication regarding the arrival time, 2) this appointment was made after a second estimate request was made on the company website ( the first request used a different form for a virtual estimate, perhaps that one was broken?). So, Chris gets 4.5 stars, and Window World gets 4.If we decide to use this company, will edit or leave a new review.

WW rep Chris Kaslow recently visited my home for a scheduled appointment to discuss switching out existing dual paned low EV windows to hurricane impact windows. I sought this estimate based on the hassle of needing to put up and take down my current galvanized steel storm panel system...and the cosmetic nightmare of the associated bolts around doors and windows. Chris was professional and knowledgeable and educated me on the benefits on security, Storm protection, sound deadening and energy savings associated with their products. I did not choose to move ahead with the project at this time based on uncertainties regarding how long we may live in this home, but if that becomes more firm then I would certainly consider moving ahead with him and WW.

Update- after no response from other companies and WW installed Windows in neighbors house, excellent job, decided to go with WW of Rockledge. Michelle was once again excellent helping us through the process and making sure we were happy with our choice.

I had Chris Kaslow come out today to give me an estimate for Windows and a sliding glass door. He was very professional and gave a very good presentation of the windows.

Approximately 8 months ago I reached out to window world for a price on replacing all of the windows in our home. A couple days later a salesman named Chris K. came out and despite our not being home he measured all the windows from the outside and then emailed us a price quote for the entire homes windows. We reviewed the quote and then as luck would have it life got in the way and we were forced to place windows on hold. About 6-7 months passed and we were ready to move forward with the purchase of the windows and so we reached back out to Chris and he again came back out to measure from the inside of our home. Chris never seemed disappointed at the fact that we had not done the purchase when he originally came out but was professional, kind and very informative while writing up the contract of our window purchase. When purchasing a product I have always liked being informed of a product but NOT coerced into purchasing something as I like to make an informed decision which is exactly where Chris shines as a salesman. He INFORMED and allowed us to make an educated decision. We also asked about replacing a door on the front of the house and discussed a few different types but decided we’d have to wait to move forward on our door purchase, but when ready will not hesitate to reach back out to Chris as he is now our go to for windows and doors if we or anyone else needs either in their home. A few things that stood out was his demeanor, focus, timeliness, he knew about the product he was selling, and was prepared with neat sketches of our home (no chicken scratch). Most importantly he listened to what we wanted, gave us great feed back and ideas for the windows to be installed so our home will look spectacular. He did not push us to make an immediate decision just to go with his product, as one competitor did before I even made a decision. Overall our “sales experience” was great. I contacted Window World after one of my friends recommended them to come over and give us an estimate on replacing 10 windows and 3 sets of french doors with hurricane impact windows and sliding doors.The receptionist was very polite and was able to schedule an appointment with the same representative Michele Malihot that was assigned to my friend whom was very happy with her services and her new windows.Michele showed up on time and brought a window sample along with her business card an a brochure and explained everything to me in detail concerning the product the whole process from start to finish and was able to answer all of my questions.After having appointments with 2 other window companies for quotes we asked Michele to come back for a few additional questions and we signed a contract with her and are looking forward to having our new hurricane impact windows and sliding doors installed.Michele was always on top of things and very prompt with answers to our questions. One of the companies took several days to get back to us with answers to our questions with a quote and the quote was almost twice as high as Window Worlds' quote. The third company gave us a verbal quote but never gave us anything in writing; no brochures only a business card and a promise of dropping off a quote in a few days and now it has been 2 weeks.Give Window World a call I don't think you'll be disappointed . Called Window World for an estimate for 3 windows. They sent Kenn Stamp to my home. First of all Kenn wore a face mask the entire time which impressed me. He was able to measure my windows from the outside and gave me the estimate on the spot. Kenn was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had a sample window to show me exactly what I would be purchasing. In short, Kenn sold me because of how he respected me and my home.

There were a few issues after the whole house install. Management was very responsive and sent a supervisor out right away to evaluate. They worked with me to schedule convenient times to complete repairs. Installer Spencer was extremely helpful during the repairs. He talked me through what the problems were and what needed to be done to fix them correctly. He went above and beyond the standard of care.

We love the windows and the slider! They look amazing and I can already tell they are more energy efficient. On top of that Spencer and Jordan, the installers were absolutely the best! By far the best crew that has ever done work on our house. I would highly recommend the windows and the crew specifically!

I had Window World replace 3 windows in my house. I was very impressed with the service I received. The installers showed up when they said theywould and were very courteous and professional. I had shopped many places for windows and feel I got the best deal for the money.

I was looking for new windows and was referred to Window World of Melbourne from my father who had a great experience and product. Chris Kaslow was the salesman and he was beyond exceptional! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything and tried to find the best option for me. He answered all my questions. You can tell he truly loves what he does and it shows. It was a great experience and I will be moving forward with getting windows installed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
