I was impressed with the owner and sales representative from the Roanoke Store and the Lynchburg Store. I waited a total of 7 months for the windows and doors to be installed. I was never contacted by Window World for the first 5 months or so. I contacted my sales representative and I was informed that I would be receiving a call to schedule the installation. I waited another month or so at which point I called the Roanoke Office and asked for the owner. I told the lady in Roanoke what had happened and I had waited over 6 months and hadn’t heard anything from Window World who was holding a substantial amount of my money. I received a phone call shortly after hanging up with the Roanoke Store and spoke to the Lynchburg Store. I was then scheduled for the installation. The installation team was absolutely awesome and I am very pleased with the work and product.

The installation crew was very professional, efficient and did an excellent overall job. The crew deserves 5 stars! The only reason I chose 4 stars was because the main office waited until the morning of installation to notify me that they did not have enough of the trim I originally selected so I had to make a change at the last minute. I felt like that was something that should have been mentioned prior to day of installation. Other than that, we had a great experience and I would certainly recommend this company to others!

Window World sells an excellent window of high quality which pleased us very much. We thought our original windows were good, but I believe that our furnace comes on fewer times now than with the old wooden windows. The install was very professional and the installers even responded to some suggestions that we made. All in all, we think that it was money spent well for a quality product.

Got new windows last week. The installers actually showed up earlier than I was told they would Tuesday morning. The crew was super nice and took pride in their work. One screen was messed up and they reported it right away. I got a call day after install to get it fixed. The crew cleaned up their mess completely. Loving the new look to the house. Only reason 4 stars, is because it took close to 3 months to get windows. Also was told it would take one day. It took two so I had to miss a day of work.

WW did a great job installing my storm doors. The installer was here on time and installed both doors in 2.5 hours. My only complaint was that there was a 5 month lead time getting to the job, so I guess that means they are busy which is good for business.

Even in the middle of the project the yard was kept clean and that first night we could already tell a difference in heat. The windows look fantastic. Could not be happier.

I decided to hire Window World to install windows on my house for a few reasons, they are thousands of dollars less expensive than Lowes or Home Depot, they offer a lifetime warranty for the owner who purchased the windows that can be transferable one time by the original purchaser to the successor owner, which is such a great selling point if you ever move. Now there were a few small issues that came up with lack of communication and installation issues, however, Matt Taylor went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Thank you Matt for listening to me and taking care of the small issues. The new windows look amazing! They have significantly down the street noise, there is no more breeze coming through, and they open and close with ease which makes cleaning windows so much quicker! Thank you again!

I would highly recommend window world for replacement windows. I would have given them 5 stars but have to say it seems like it took forever for them to actually get around to installing them. The installer was great. I absolutely love the windows as well. It did take several phone calls to get them to actually show up though. It is a large investment and they do great work if you have the time to wait.

We were most pleased with the work of the gentlemen who installed the siding on our 2nd floor. It was a very hot day and the men worked very hard both in hanging the siding as well as clean-up. They were pleasant and polite. We would highly recommend them. It's nice to find folks who tackle a job and get it done right, down to wiping away any smudges.Our one concern was the delivery of the product. My husband had to ask the delivery person not to place the boxes behind his truck. So he placed them on the side of our driveway in 2 tall and slender stacks. He was asked if they would be top heavy and we were assured they were OK. Well, they were not! They fell over into a flower garden and rolled down the yard. They crushed some perennials and some decorative ferns. We were rather annoyed. We then stacked them ourselves into 4 piles which wouldn't fall over, the way they should have been in the first place. Oh well, hope the flowers recover this year or next, so far only about half have shown any recovery. We were trying to make our home as attractive as possible for the company who came last week. This lack of garden didn't help much.

We had the original storm windows in our double wide which were not energy efficient at all!We had Window World come out and give us an estimate to replace all the windows and a sliding door.We also got other estimates and Window World came in with the best price for the best Windows!There was a three month waiting list, so our Windows got installed in December but luckily the temperature was 50 degrees that day.Kyle and his crew did a wonderful job!We no longer feel a draft and I know our heating bills and cooling bills will drop.I love that the windows tilt in for cleaning and that the screens can slide up and down so you can decide if you want the top or bottom of the window open.All the slider doors that we looked at in both Home Depot and Lowe's or not as nice nor did they slide as nice or have such a nice screen door in them so why I am very happy that we went with Window World!If you are in the market for new windows or doors you should definitely check them out because their estimates are free you have nothing to lose and you will learn a lot and have a lower electric bill!

Just this morning had our replacement windows installed by Window World of Roanoke with the installation team led by David.Great fast efficient installation, after install area was cleaned up, any questions answered and a demonstration on how the windows work. An explanation of any warranty work that may be required in the future.A super great experience.I will mention that they did tear a corner of my car covering and it was not noticed till the install crew had departed, but I believe this was an oversight, but I am ordering a new car cover for my car that was damaged unfortunately...... but overall I am very pleased, except for the car cover replacement.

All .crews that worked on my house were professional. I was happy with the results, everything looks great.

We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with our windows which were installed by Window World. We received the product we ordered, and the windows were installed efficiently and quickly by a well qualified installer. The salesman was polite, knew his subject well, and pointed out window features which would meet our need. The installer, as well as the salesman, were punctual and met with our pleasure every item and need which we discussed in the contract. We can say nothing but "Hats off to Window World"--a joy through the whole process!

We really do seriously like our new Window World windows! The process was smooth. We could hardly believe they completed the removal of about 20 old 1950's windows and installed the new, with very attractive framing, all in about 8 hours. It was a rather fascinating team to watch. It was a lot of manual labor in the heat of June. Yes, we had a couple of concerns about a couple of areas, but they sent someone back to assess and then they returned and took care of our concern areas. We have had such a hot summer we may not have been able to realize the electric costs savings yet, but we can feel the "soundness" and quality of these windows. The "quiet" is impressive. And the lack of heat from near the windows even when the sun is shining on them is amazing. Great insulation! We would highly recommend Window World of Roanoke. 'Ben & Debbie'.

This has been a great experience from our sales consult to install. Everyone has been wonderful to work and we really love the new windows and sliding door. The install crew, Jonathan and TR, arrived on time and we very professional throughout. Their attention to detail was incredible as was their concern for our complete satisfaction with the product and install process. They even did a great job cleaning up when done. I'd recommend Window World for your next window and door replacement project.Again, a big shout out to Jonathan and TR, the installers. Looks awesome!

Update: Today Window World returned to fix the complaints we had on our siding. Jonathan Keller and Ben Boone did an outstanding job; did all the finish work and repair needed to make our home look fantastic and finished! We are completely satisfied; the crew that originally did our siding are no longer employed with Window World. We are now very satisfied customers and the windows and doors we had installed were a real money saver this past cold winter. Thank you WINDOW WORLD for standing behind your product. Jonathan is a real asset to your company! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ordered and paid half August 10, 2017, told at that time 8 to 10 weeks. At 10 weeks we called to get information as to when install would happen. 1st week of December, windows were installed; Guys were fast, thorough and professional. No complaints with the windows, except long wait. The siding however, which happened Dec. 18, 2017, looks as though an inexperienced 15 year old did the job. Nails and debris were left on deck, driveway and patio. Unfinished, sloppy corners and window trim.

Window World did prompt and detailed quotation for your church. Installation was stellar compared to others I have experienced installation done professionally and with no inconvenience to church activities �

Our bay window (not Window World's) cracked this fall. We ordered an entire new bay from Window World. They arrived just after 7am this morning and had the entire bay off before 8am. They were kind, courteous, and professional and worked non-stop until the job was completed at noon. These guys ROCK! What a great team! We had heard nothing but good about Window World and now we can add to the complements. Thank you Window World. If and when we replace any other windows we will be contacting this company.

We ordered our windows in August. We knew there was going to be a delay but I would rather wait and have things done right. The crew left about an hour ago from installing the windows. Let me tell you, that crew looked like a NASCAR pit crew running around here. They did a phenomenal job installing the windows and were all polite and courteous. It's amazing what a difference the new windows made to the look of our house. By far, I would recommend Window World to anyone needing windows. Their salesmen, installers, and office crew are top notch. Their warranty is also awesome!!!

Had my windows installed about 8 yrs ago and I love them! They were professional and cleaned up every bit of the mess. All I had to do was enjoy!
