				Very impressed with Window World and Jason Pies. I appreciate the companies straight forward pricing model and educated sales reps. I felt as though I was getting a fair price and great product. I never felt pressure to buy or high pressure sales tactics that other companies use. Order times were exactly as quoted and communication was constant. Install was smooth and they showed up in time and cleaned up after themselves. As a realtor, I will be recommending Window World and Jason Pies to my customers.

				From initial meeting to completion of the work, our business was handled in a really friendly manner and very professionally. They met and exceeded our expectations for timeframe and cost, making it easy for us to make the decision. The quality of the windows and the install work is excellent - no hesitation in recommending them. The best part of all this was Allyce, who consulted and project managed the work from the beginning. Allyce made it easy for us and remained very communicative and understanding throughout the process.

				The real measure of a company is how they deal with mistakes. A mistake in how my windows were ordered was handled quickly and professionally. What I thought was going to turn into a difficult situation ended up being a very quick "oh, we messed that up, we're ordering the corrected ones and expediting them. Once we have confirmed the arrival, we'll be out to swap them out." which was amazing. The installation work was flawless. I was blown away by how quickly they swapped out 19 windows and how great it looked when they were done. The windows themselves are excellent quality and I couldn't be happier with them. Just as importantly, they left things cleaner than they found them. Would totally use them again.

Vinyl Parts Warranty

Under normal use, the vinyl components of the windows and patio doors will not blister, peel, rot or corrode.*

Mechanical Parts Warranty

All mechanical parts (locks, vent stops, balances) are warrantied to be free from manufactured defects in material and workmanship. Replacements for any defective mechanical parts will be supplied at no charge.*

Insulated Glass Unit Warranty

The double-pane insulated glass unit is warrantied against defects resulting in material obstruction of vision from film formation caused by dust or moisture in the dead air space of the unit for the life of the windows and patio doors.*

Transferable Warranty

If you move, the window and patio door warranty may be transferred to the subsequent homeowner provided Window World receives the warranty transfer form along with the then-current transfer fee within 30 days of the sale of your home.*
