Wesley Druga came to replace our screens and was so professional and helpful. Also a very friendly guy who showed us an additional feature we didn’t know about our windows.

Installers were neat and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves. Went over window functions with my husband and I, individually.
All in all, we are completely satisfied so far.

Had 7 windows replaced. 2 windows had the wrong grid pattern and had to be remanufactured twice. On the third try, they got it right: everything is now good. My overall experience was fantastic! I had two sets of sliding doors replaced. I was advised during my consult what to expect for the timeline (several weeks) and financing information. The quote was within a range I was expecting. I received several email updates during the course of my wait and when my doors were finally ready to be installed, they were able to come within a week. The gentleman who performed the installation was extremely personable. He worked quickly, cleaned up well after removing the old doors and putting in the new ones and made sure I knew how to operate its locking mechanism and features of the new doors. Will definitely use them again if and when we need other doors or windows done!

My husband and I ordered windows and a front door from window world, not knowing what to expect considering it's our first time having to buy new windows and front door. We replaced windows for my whole house including two very large windows over 100" a piece. After install the company realized the installer, who is no longer with the company didn't do the job to their standard so they replaced all the windows. Installer did a meticulous job installing windows and caulk lines are very professional and smooth. Also he cleaned up all messes as he went so nothing to do to. clean up after him. Also a huge shout out to Steven as he actually washed my windows inside and out as I had surgery today to repair a fracture and he knew I wouldn’t be able to do it one handed!

I purchased 7 windows back in February 2021. We were told 14 to 16 weeks. Right on schedule. The windows were installed and all the frames were bowed. Also the original installer did a horrible job caulking outside. After talking with Pam Porter, joe came out and confirmed the frames all needed to be replace. Was promised that they would reorder the frames and that they should arrive in the first week of September.

September 3rd Tracy installed the new frames and completed the job to our satisfaction. Thank you Pam and Tracy.

This is the 2nd time my fiancée and have used Window World for a window upgrade at a place we were living - though the first time was with a different franchise (it was in Bonita Springs). Either way, the experience in both instances were great.No pressure or sales gimmicks when the rep came out to provide a quote. Took measurements, provided an estimate, and answered any questions I had. He asked if I'd like to see a cut out of the window or any of the demonstrations that may occur during a window consultation, but I told him that I have seen these things before and it didn't interest me. He gladly left the items in his trunk and we just talked about everything.I quickly asked where I could sign.I've had quotes from multiple companies on a few different occasions over the years and generally those quotes end up being about $1k+ per window. The 7 windows I ordered went in at a bit under $550 per window, installed, inspected, everything. I can't be happier with the results or value.

I am a brand new home owner and purchased an older home that needs a lot of work. On top of that I'm a teacher with limited funds. The positive thing I can say is that their quote for window replacement is the lowest even though they came back and increased the price by $2000 because of a lead paint test. I had my initial contact in September, as of today I still do not have windows installed, four months later. Communication is an issue even though I've called and told them that I teach from 7:30am to 4:30pm and need then to contact me around those times they still call when I am unable to receive the calls. Most communications have been initiated by me and when I call I'm given more reasons for the delay and told that they will call me. Then I never get a call. The bad thing is that they don't know that I'm living in a home with no AC or heat because I'm waiting for them. I'm extremely disappointed as I was told that it would only be 8 weeks to be able to have me windows in the house.Yes, I was incorrect the signed contract was 10-12 weeks for installation. I signed the contract 8-11-20 which makes this four months as I have stated. And yes installation is ready to be scheduled as I found out after I called your company. Even though I called and scheduling is ready they could not speak to me today to schedule it for next week. So all my issues still hold true.The company charged me $1200 extra dollars for "lead paint" that tested positive on the outside of the home. When installers came they did not have to take any precautions for the lead paint as it was on the trim of the house and was not cut nor disturbed during the window installation. The installers called the company and notified them of the unneeded charge, but the company refused to refund the $1200 even though it was a bogus charge.UPDATE (2/1/2021) THE COMPANY CALLED ME AFTER THIS REVIEW AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE UNREFUNDED CHARGE. I AM HAPPY TO REPORT THAT THEY SENT ME A REFUND FOR THE EXTRA COST FOR LEAD PAINT SINCE it was not an issue. Thank you for being a stand up company and doing the right thing.

We recently had our sliding glass door (slider) replaced with a Hurricane impact resistant slider from Window World. In addition, we replaced the front bathroom window with a Hurricane impact resistant window as well. After Hurricane Irma in 2017, we wanted to make the front of our home more secure. The installation team supervisor, Joe, arrived on time, was extraordinarily professional. Spent time explaining how the work would be done. The team cleaned up all the work areas prior to leaving. Joe went over the various functions of the windows. He verified everything worked properly. He discovered a small defect in one window, pointed it out to me, and ordered a replacement. Without being asked, he recorded the defect in writing so I would have no problems. Very impressive company to work with. And, their prices cannot be beat. I ordered 17 custom windows for my home. I was quoted, paid and given an 8-12 week time frame. After 14 weeks and no communication, I called, got the run around, then finally was told one window was still holding up the process and they were going to get it in in another 2 weeks and then go through permitting. 6 six, weeks later... waiting graciously and patiently, I call again and now have 3 windows on back order for another week and still waiting on permitting.A week later, the last 3 windows arrived, still waiting for permitting apparently and Lord only know when... or if at this point install will happen. This is going on week 20. I believe myself to be a reasonable person, but I definitely think there needs to be a higher level of professionalism I'm communication especially if your product/service is delayed 8 weeks and counting from the originally quoted time frame. With no offer of compensation or acknowledgement of how unnecessary and unacceptable this while ordeal has been, I am extremely disappointed to say the least.Update:The windows have been installed and are remarkable! The installation crew was prompt, polite, and professional. I appreciate how quickly they put in the windows, and answered my questions. Overall, despite the issue with communication through parts if the process, I am not displeased. I would recommend Window world. I appreciate the consideration of my review and attention to the matter. Thank you Window World, for a job well done. The quality of the work and product itself is very good.

Wonderful experience with Window World!!!

Paul was very experienced and fast and tidy working by himself.

Back in March of 2020 my husband and I contracted with Window World for custom doors for the front of our home. We ordered a Larson storm door and a Therma Tru interior door. The doors were ordered and and were to be installed on 5/28/2020. Installer Dave and two helpers arrived that morning. My husband had recently had open heart surgery so I was in charge to oversee the install. My husband stayed in another room as he wasn't feeling well and needed to social distance due to COVID-19. The install was done. I was very excited about the new doors and their beauty. When I started to look the doors over, I first found the handle on the storm door was installed upside down. When I asked Dave about it he seemed to be in a hurry to move on to his next job and he assured me that some door handles are like that and if there were any other issues I could call Jenny at the office. My husband and I went over the doors very carefully together and determined that there were many more issues with the doors. I called Jenny on a couple of occasions and my husband called her once. She was extremely helpful and professional and made note of all of our concerns. We also explained to Jenny our concerns with installer Dave and our feelings that he was unqualified to install these custom doors and not a good fit for the installation. We requested another installer to come out. Installer Steve was scheduled to come out on 7/16/2020. Upon arriving Steve sat with my husband and I and listened carefully as we went over all of our issues and concerns. He was extremely professional and wanted to make things right. He took multiple pictures of the original install and then conferenced with the offices of Window World. It was determined that Steve would do a complete uninstall and then do a whole new install. He worked extremely hard and steady. It was very apparent that he was extremely qualified and his knowledge of installing custom doors was over and above. He addressed each and every issue that we had with the doors and we are extremely happy with the results. Our hats are off to Steve. His expertise is to be commended. A HUGE THANK YOU TO STEVE.

What a great crew. Dustin and the 3 crew members have installation down to a science. They were very professional and stayed conscientious of my home, keeping the areas clean and tidy. I had six badly leaking windows on the front wall of my manufactured home , then window world made custom made windows for them. The new windows are fantastic and sealed up in the wall and with record five inch rainfall have not leaked at all. Good job all around and we are completely satisfied.

We could not have been more pleased with the installation team. They were professional, friendly, and left our house cleaner than when they arrived. We could not have been more disappointed with the quality of the windows. Out of thirteen windows, five will have to be replaced because of defects. My wife and I are 71 years old. Moving furniture, taking down blinds, curtains is a big deal. We also cannot reactivate out monitored security system because windows will have to be removed and replaced. If your supplier doesn't have a AC program, maybe you should.

I have been wanting to replace the windows in. Y home for quite some time. I received a couple quotes that were SO expensive so I thought my dreams were a bust. My brother found this company and told me the price he received, so I decided to get a quote.. knowing what the last two were I was expecting to be disappointed... boy was I surprised! They replaced all of my windows (even the one in the garage) for less than half of the last quote I received! Fantastic windows, James who installed them was amazing, he did them all by himself! He took the time to clean and vacuum the area before he moved to the next window. I can not give a higher recommendation.. out of 5 stars, I give them a 10!

These windows are so worth it. The quality and looks of the windows are beautiful! So many good features. They open from top or bottom, plus the windows have extra locks on each side of the frame. The heat that used to come through our windows was unbearable. You cannot even feel the heat come through. And last but not least was our installer. Joe was great. Professional, on time, great work. I had 15 windows and 3 doors replaced it was hot and humid but Joe pushed through and got the job done in just 2 days. The only really negative thing I can say is the job was messy and the young men that helped we're not the best at cleaning up after themselves. They did try. We had some unexpected problems with a wrong door and a window but they handled it in a professional manner. I do wish they would have put something down on the carpet before walking on it with dusty feet.

I ws very pleased with the whole process of having 8 windows and and patio door replaced and installed. I love the windows. The only minor issue would be that the clean up could have been a little bit better. (I'm a real neatnik.) The patio doors were installed last and it seems like they didn't do as a thorough job with that touchup cleaning. I would definately recommend WIndow World.

I have been in my home for twenty- two years with the original windows installed in 1975. With Window World of Polk County I received an affordable quote that allowed me to replace 10 windows, my front entry door and sliding doors. The sales team was very friendly and assisted me in making the best selection of windows and doors to fit my needs and budget. Their easy 25 month no interest finance option made it all possible. What I thought would be a crew turned out to be just one man, and my first thought was how can just one person possibly get this job done. Steve was the installer and I don’t have enough space to list all the awesome details through out the install, but here are a few. Steve communicated with me through out the whole process. He notified me when he was on his way and always arrived on time. The first day of Install was a 60 percent rain chance starting mid morning. Steve put a plan together went over it with me and got started. The very first day despite the on and off rain bands, Steve got nine of the ten windows installed and due to the stucco on the house, some of the spaces were a bit challenging. Steve took time to carefully evaluate the situation, came up with solutions to every obstacle and got the windows in with out any damage to the stucco. He applied the finishing touches around the windows and they are flawless. The next day no rain for most of the day, and he installed the tenth window and doors. He had some issues due to the stucco around the sliding doors and he made me aware of it, but because he took time to think it through he got around the problem with no damage. My windows and doors are perfect and my house looks stunningly beautiful.

Even with rain the morning of arrival to install 14 windows the crew worked the morning and got 1 of 2 stories completed. Promising to return in 5 days they did and completed work in about 4 hours, plus did a screen repair. We already notice better energy efficiency and sunlight has been reduced with these energy efficient windows. The old screens were bad and for the first time in 4 years living here we can now open the windows without fear of frogs and lizards walking in. Everything was awesome! From the beginning with the sales rep., Tyler, who came in an measures the window size to provide an estimate cost. This only took about 15 minutes, unlike some other companies that provided an hour long presentation to buy windows that cost more than $15,000. After looking at the product, and noted the comparisons, the best and sane option was Window World. These windows were installed today, and Dave and his crew were amazing! They were nice and respectful. They had great team work. After looking at some issues that they help discovered, Dave assured that he would get them ordered and get them fixed. I replaced my 1984, brown single-pane, double-hung, aluminum framed widows with white vinyl, slider windows and one casement window. The contrast between the current house color, the lack of horizontal bars blocking the view outside the window is amazing. No longer do I need to bend down to look out the windows to get a clear view of what is outside. I like the design that allows for either side of the window to be opened and be fulling screened at the same time due to a design feature built into the window. I am confident that we received the best quality for the money. The installation went well, the installer arrived just bit early and worked straight through until the job was done. He took time to answer any questions I might have as the home owner. After getting quotes from several other window companies, I am very happy that I chose Window World to fill my replacement window needs. Took a long time to get my sliding glass door(10 weeks) but when they finally got it in, the door went in fast and done well. Even when I had a concern a few days after install, they came out the next day to make an adjustment and haven't had a problem since. We love the windows. Walked into our hot afternoon living room the next day and what a difference; it was so much cooler on a hot afternoon. The installers were very skilled and explained things clearly for us. We liked the experience of dealing with Window World, from the salesman, telephone personnel and the installers. We also like the warranty and the price.

Installers were not only on time, they were about a month earlier than I'd expected! They did all 10 windows in just over 3 hours, cleaned up all debris, explained how the windows operate and how to care for them in terms of cleaning, etc. Both guys were courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Window World of Polk County.

I am very pleased and a bit amazed. Joe and 2 other men arrived a bit ahead of schedule, went to work immediately to install 5 new windows. They cleaned up after themselves and were finished faster than I would have ever thought. My windows are done and they are beautiful. Thank you
