We had Window World install new windows and new steel doors and screen doors several years ago. We have always been completely satisfied with sale, service and installation. Recently I called to have someone come over to fix the bottom spring on the front door.I They came within 2 week and fixed it no problem. Thanks for great service!!

He was top notch! I wish every contractor we have used in the past was like this guy. Finding a good contractor these days is impossible, so I was happy to share this positive experience.Windows look great, no more leaking (so far), so 5 stars from us!

We had a problem with a window which was installed a few months prior. When we called, Window World immediately order a replacement. When it came in, they set up an appointment with us and were very prompt in their arrival time. The gentleman was very courteous and very professional. He abided by COVID specifications and was respectful of our home. He replaced the window and gave us pointers to make opening and closing the window easier. We are very pleased with Window World of Murfreesboro, the employees, and the windows. We highly recommend them will definitely call them again when we replace other windows.

I’ve had multiple updates on my home from the floors to the roof and I wanted to comment here that the new window installation was the least stressful out of all the repairs I’ve had done thanks to the installation crew! My windows arrived when they said they would and in just a few hours all 12 old windows had been removed and replaced, a large picture window installed in my living room and everything cleaned up just as quick as it was brought out! 10/10 would recommend! I wanted the windows black on the outside and white on the inside but the cost was out of my price range so they gave me another option of doing a black painted frame and it looks amazing with my shutters and roof!

Purchased sliding glass door. Love the door. The installers were exceptional! Initially we liked the sales person who came to our home and sold us the door. However, we noticed some weird things about the door that the salesman did not disclose to us prior to us purchasing the door. For example, the door comes standard with a small grey fuzzy thing at the bottom thats apparently supposed to block air. But it's visible 100% of the time, which takes away film the visual appeal. Also, we have water come through on the k side of the door which the installation manager came to look at for us post installation. He explained that it's standard and will exit through the weep holes. However, this means that when it rains, water is on the inside of the door. Not a huge deal. But we paid almost 2k for this door and probably wouldn't have if we knew about these odd details. But installers were AWESOME and super knowledgeable on all areas.

I shopped around and even considered installing the new windows I needed myself, but Window World gave me a price comparable to other installers, but their product and warranty were both significantly better than what I found elsewhere. The installers were prompt, efficient, incredibly courteous, and professional. When I had a concern about how one of the windows fit, they fixed it immediately, saying that their main concern was that I was satisfied with my new investment. I have more windows to replace on my home and you can bet that I'll be calling Window World when replacement is in the budget!

When I bought my house I was aware that the windows would need to be replaced. I researched area window companies and chose Window World. I certainly made the right choice. Their salesman Jimbo came to my home and gave a stellar presentation on their product. The quality and warranty are exceptional. After deciding what style to order, Jimbo took accurate measurements and the order was placed. The estimated time for manufacture was spot on. The installation team lead by Jose were prompt and the entire team was very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after the install and showed how to fully operate the windows for easy cleaning. I love the new look it gives the house. Jimbo also took the time to call me personally after the install to be sure I was completely satisfied. That is excellent customer service! I am so happy with my experience that I will be using Window World again when the sunporch is redone for more windows to be installed.

From salesmen to installers, I was pleased with the purchase and installation of windows on a rental property.It remains to be seen if their warranty support is as good as advertised. But so far the experience has been mostly positive.The one unexpected aspect surprised me. The new windows take up about 70% of the original window sill. I was unprepared to lose that space and have to figure out how to re-install the blinds which fit in the space with the old windows.

This was done with prompt notification of installer arrival time. They arrived on time, worked steadily, did detailed work. Also it was financially reasonable.

I have used Window World 2 times now. They met every promise and both times faster than promised. Very nice and well mannered installers. Awesome company.

Just had new windows put in by window world not only did they do a great job on the windows but there was wood under siding that was rotting and they replaced that and also replaced my storm door. Highly recommend these guys the work crew stayed late to see the job finished and even came back the next day to put some finishing touches on the job

These guys were great! The did two units in our complex on the same day. The first unit involved windows on two levels. Neither were simple remove-replace situation. There was a lot of siding issues to deal with and the fact that these units are 45 years old did not help. The two men worked relentlessly for 10+ hours with very few breaks. They cleaned up and left nothing behind. I HIGHLY recommend these two men. They ROCK!!

The installers were professional and friendly and very skilled. Buying new windows for our old house turned out to be a really good experience, only regret that we didn't do it sooner. The end result was incredible. My installer was worth every penny and went above and beyond. My only complaint is that there was no update or communication from window world about the status of my window of if and when it was completed. And then they called and rescheduled 3 times. The entire process too a month longer than quoted. There was no apology or acknowledgement of this issue from WW either.

I have used Window World twice on two different homes. The results have always been very satisfying.

Before deciding upon a company to replace the windows in our home, I read many reviews and Window World of Murfreesboro had the best ones. They absolutely met and exceeded my high expectations. Upon meeting with us to do our quote, the salesman was respectful, courteous and took his time to explain all the features of the windows we selected. We were advised it would take 4-6 weeks for the windows to be built and installed, and it ended up taking just about 4. The installation was fast and efficient, and we are thrilled with our new windows. I highly recommend Window World of Murfreesboro.

First day we were told this crew liked to get an early start, and that they would be here about 7 or 7:30. They didn't show up until almost 9! No call to let us know they'd be late. No communication whatsoever. Then they seemed to not know how to remove windows from a home with siding! They were pulling it and cracking and breaking it instead of removing it or telling someone "Hey we don't know how to do this" or something. Suddenly they were telling us that a 1 or 2 day job was going to take 5! One of the doors came damaged and had to be replaced. The other door was damaged by one of the installers and had to be replaced. Hubby showed me the door and the window they were working on. He asked what time the field supervisor would be making the rounds so we could ask him about the doors. The lead installer said "Nah, he won't be coming out today." He never even called anyone to say there was a problem. I guess that crew was just going to do what they could and destroy my house and not care. I got angry about their blasé attitude, so when I called the company about the damage to the door I told them about the window problem and asked for a supervisor to come out. He was an hour away and came right out. While waiting they put in the front door and got frustrated with it and hammered too hard and too fast and damaged the sill and the frame. The supervisor came and helped them correctly remove the old window and install the new one. He took pictures of the doors. He called the office and arranged for another crew with a experience in siding to come out 3 days later and finish up correctly. That night I stepped on a sharp piece of siding that had been left on my bedroom floor. So the new crew doesn't get here until almost 11am! No call until after I call the company to see if they're coming, then about 20 minutes later I got a voice mail that they'd be here in a few minutes. They did very good work, they were very neat and thorough, and got 4 of the remaining 11 windows done in spite of taking an hour and a half lunch. They said they'd be back the next morning about 9am to do the other 7 windows. They didn't show until after 10:30am, again no communication. They claimed they didn't call because they didn't think I would answer the phone. SO WHAT?? Leave a voice mail like you did yesterday! Sheesh! But they did finish all the windows that day. They did excellent work, they were friendly and patient and answered all of my questions. They used drop cloths and kept everything clean and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned up the mess of screws the previous crew had left on my porch! The doors didn't come in for another month. I had to call the company to get information when I had not yet received word by the time they were supposed to be in. They weren't in yet, should be in about a week. I called back at that time and the doors were in. Why had no one called to make an installation appointment? The same people came out and installed the doors.Overall, I'm very satisfied. That second crew turned out to be just awesome. The lead guy's name was Robert Ingram (Bobby), he works with his wife and son. Just know you may have to stay on top of the communication end with the company because they might not.

The installers showed up on time, did a fantastic job, and when they left, we had no clean up to do whatsoever. The price was very good compared to other window replacement companies. The windows look great, the electricity bill is noticeably less, and we don't hear as much outside noises as before. I would recommend Window World to any one.

After getting other estimates for new windows, I went with Window World. Two of my neighbors used them, had good experiences and recommended them to us. It took a while for our windows to come in (6 weeks) but when they came in we were called and installation was scheduled for the next week. The installers (Nick & Jordan) were great, they knew what they were doing and were quick and efficient. They were quick, but took their time to do things right. It was obvious they took pride in their work, craftsmen, something you don’t see much of anymore. Overall my experience with Window World was great, the windows and new doors they provided and installed work flawlessly and the installers, Nick and Jordan made the experience a pleasure.
