Installed windows and removed old windows. Did a good job for the most part. Old windows seemed hard to remove their reciprocating saw jumped on them at the bottom of 4 of my old windows leaving a gash at the bottom of window seal. I ended up painting all window seals at the bottom afterwards which covered the saw marks. Other than that very happy with the new windows.

Upfront, Frank Graves listened to what we hoped to accomplish with replacement windows for our home. He helped guide us to products that would achieve those goals. His demonstrations and explanations were very helpful. His description of what type window would work best for our home was spot on. His overview of what would happen in the process from ordering to installation was accurate. Each window was measured and checked, then numbered. On installation day, the windows were again measured and checked against the new windows which were numbered correspondingly. We were amazed that Ron and his team removed 18 old windows, installed 18 new windows, cleaned up, and removed all debris in just 6 hours. Ron is an attention to detail, careful leader. His team was a well oiled machine.Our windows have already made a huge difference in room temperature, and visibility. We are happy with our decision to use Window World of middle Georgia.

The only problem i had was the use of sub-contractors as i do understand you were operating in a COVID environment. Contractors shattered old window during removal and im still picking up glass from the area but other than that…very pleased with the product!

The representative that initially came to our home was very knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. All options and details of the project were explained and the process was very smooth. Leon, the lead installer who handled our project, is a very skilled craftsman and a master of his trade. He did an amazing job replacing all of our windows. Even though this company mostly specializes in replacement windows, I thought I’d reach out to them nonetheless to quote me on a new construction project. I sent Weston the house plans which included well over 20 windows of various shapes and sizes. Windows can actually be somewhat complex in their various and numerous options, something I never knew. But Weston explained our options in a manner that helped us make the best decision for our home. He provided us with multiple quotes based on the various options we were considering.After considering several other companies, we hired Window World for the project. Our whole experience with Window World has been wonderful. From the sales appointment to final install and the questions in between, they have been Amazing. Our foreman was Ron, the team showed up and immediately got to work, they worked in sync and cleaned up as they went. I was amazed as our home was considered a big Job with 26 windows, 2 being Bays. One of our bay windows had some rain rot wood around the frame. We had to call another company out to repair the frame before Ron could finish it out but as soon as the repair was completed Ron came out on his day off to finish it. It was really a wonderful experience start to finish!My only thing I would have liked is if the team were trained to fix/replace frames on existing bay windows. Having to get another company out quickly was costly and delayed the completion of our project (but not for long).Highly recommend Window World for your window replacements.

Mr. Frank Graves came out to give me an estimate, ordered my windows, shutters and a new patio door and within a few weeks my order was in! I've been using Window World for a house I just bought that's 20 years old now. The window frames have shifted as the house has settled but the fit is great when they are done and outside noise has been reduced quite a bit. I plan on replacing more windows as time goes on as the quality and service remain outstanding.

Wow! I needed several windows replaced, and Window World Macon came highly recommended by friends and colleagues. I mean, rave recommendations and reviews. I made an appointment, and was told Jordan would be out at 9 am 2 days later (my convenience). The day before my appointment I received an email and text reminding me of my appointment the next day. Day of appointment, jordan called and said he would arrive in 20 minutes, to he here at 9. Exactly 20 minutes later he pulled in my driveway. He was in company logo shirt, and introduced himself, just incredibly professional in appearance, demeanor, and language. He started his presentation about the company with brochures to support him. I showed him what I wanted and why. He knew just what additional questions to ask to help me come to what I really wanted...things I haven't thought of - i.e. do I ever open the window or want unobstructed view, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I never felt rushed and had all of my questions and concerns answered completely to my satisfaction. On a pre-printed worksheet he wrote a quote with descriptions and prices. We reviewed the quote, he provided additional detail to answer my questions. Jordan wrote the order, again on pre-prited order form with multiple carbon copies. Reviewed the order with me comparing it to the quote for confirmation. He took a half payment deposit with credit card reader, and gave me a copy of everything with a realistic expectation for installing (protracted because of Covid delays - no promise to make me feel good to close the sale - the likely true reality). I have the utmost respect and trust in this company and the products I've ordered. Jordan is a Customer Service superstar, I have nothing but high praise for this guy. I'm looking forward to my new windows and storm door!

After a difficult start with the finished wrap on our palladium windows I went to see the owner who agreed that they needed to be re-done. Got a great price and he explained the installation process and what to expect when they are installed. Their best feature is their guarantee for replacement with no questions asked. Notice I said replacement, not repair. Guarantee is replaceable one time in the event you sell the home the new owner will have the window guarantee. Will definitely do business with them again.

Window World of Macon, Georgia is great. I replaced all the windows from the original ones from 1973. What a difference! From the first to the last person that came out all was a good experience. During Hurricane Michael, my home received damage to my roof and two of my windows. I contacted Window World to replace the damaged windows. They immediately sent Joshua to my home to inspect take measurements and explain the process for building and installing the windows which was included in price of windows. I purchased the windows, it was a quick turnaround for production, the installation was scheduled, the installers arrived on time, completed the installation in a timely and professional manner and cleaned up behind themselves. Window world did my windows probably at least 12 years ago now. No issues yet. About 8-10 years ago a kid put a soccer ball through one. One call, they reordered and replaced that side for 0 charge. They poped up on google while looking for a siding contractor, glad your still around but I don't need you yet 🙂 Believe the guarantee here folks!

Service and product (double-hung windows) exceeded our expectations. "Elite"-line tinted windows with their updated features are a true treat. The surprise was how fresh the exterior looks with aluminum wrapping over the wood trim. We had an enormous bay window that had to be replaced on our home. WW came out numerous time to make sure the measurements for the window were exact for the customization. Once the window was in they came and installed it promptly. We had a couple minor spots to tweet and they were happy and prompt in coming out to make the window perfect. We have had so much major work done on our home and have been disappointed by the lack of follow through and customer service. I purchased 13 vinyl windows and 1 door from Window World. The process was easy and relatively quick. The salesman who came for my quote and consultation was very professional and kind, our appointment was thorough yet pretty quick. Our windows arrived about 4 weeks later. Installation was fast! Every thing was installed and cleaned up in about 6 hours. The installation crew was very nice and professional as well. I was pleased with how well they cleaned up after themselves.The reason I give 4 stars: 1. My gutters were damaged by a ladder the crew used to access 2nd story windows. Luckily it wasn’t major and my husband can fix it. I didn’t notice this until after the crew left.2. To my great displeasure I realized that my inside mounted faux wood blinds could not be reinstalled after the window replacement. There was not enough clearance remaining on the window casing to re-mount the brackets. After lots of google searching, I found no remedy to this problem and that many others had the same issues. After spending several thousands of dollars to replace windows I now need to spend a couple more to replace blinds and window treatments that I had not originally budgeted for. I really wish Window World would have mentioned that this could possibly happen when selling me these windows. Although it’s not necessary their problem, they sell and replace windows every day. The consumer may purchase windows once in a lifetime... it would have been a very nice courtesy.

Our new window installation was completed last week. I wish that we had done this years ago. The office staff was so friendly and helpful. Dax Wall was our estimator and he was down to earth and straightforward. He listened to our concerns and did not attempt to up-sell us. He explained our contract thoroughly so that we understood exactly what would happen and when. Freddy was our Installer. He, Chuck, and the crew did amazing work and in an incredibly short time. 13 of our 14 windows were replaced in a single day. The main picture window, arrived damaged, but a new one was ordered and installed in about 3 weeks. The Solar Coating on the glass is great! From outside during the day, one can barely see inside the house, yet looking out is just perfect! Freddy went over operation of our windows, he explained the safety features, how to open, close, and remove out if needed and how to clean. The house is so much more comfortable and quiet and the Windows are beautiful! What an improvement! Thank you Window World! Too bad I can only give them 5 stars.

Upon completion, Ron walked around the whole house with me, while we did a final check on every window, inside and out. My husband and I live in a double wide mobile home. It is true with mobile homes they retain heat and are very hard to cool. We keep our home up just like the folks in stick built homes. We do not consider ourselves trailer trash, because ALMOST all people think people who live in mobile homes are. Well if you keep your home up it will not look that way. But anyway we decided to purchase window world windows. WOW, savings the first year after installation was absolutely amazing. Some of the summer month were as much as a 45% decrease in our bill. The average savings overall was at least 30%. So anyone reading this post that lives in a mobile home will definitely benefit from the money it cost to install these windows. Thanks window world. Window World installed all new windows in my house. They took out the old aluminum rollout windows and hauled them away. It only took a few hours, and when it was done everything looked great. I have called today to get a window replaced because it was broken; no fault of Window World. I'll write another review when the broken window is replaced.
