Just wanted to let you know that we are pleased with our new windows! Matt and his crew came out Monday morning and hit the ground running! They removed and installed 46 windows and finished up today! These guys are amazing! They truly love what they do and they’re very good at it! I have friends asking if I would recommend this company to replace their windows and I’ve told them absolutely. I can find a more expensive window, but I don’t believe that I could find a better window. The finished product looks great, Matt and his crew worked neat and cleaned up each day before they left. If you’re looking to put some quality windows in your home, give them a call. Jimmy, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and demonstrated the product very well. We compared these windows with a competitor and found that the competitors price to be considerably higher. I can certainly attest that these windows are an upgrade and an investment. Ordered a new front door the end of January after meeting with Josh. He offered to come to our house in the country to measure and bring the contract. We were told there would be a 4-5 month wait for the door which was understandable with Covid. The door arrived in May and was installed a week later. We are very pleased with it. The installers were excellent and took their time making sure all was correct. Although we probably could have ordered a less expensive door from a chain store, we feel this door is well worth the money and has been installed correctly. Very happy with entire experience.

My installation was complicated & required parts were not readily available but installer Scott kept me informed all the way & stayed on the manufacturer to get the pieces to him.On installation day Scott arrived on time, fully prepared.The installations went smoothly & the windows look and work great.Window World of Dothan, AL, is a very good company staffed by excellent people.

How new windows are energy efficient, how they operate

Window world did a great job, was done, in spite of having to respond to unexpected difficulty, in 3.5 days. They put me on the schedule in just 3 weeks, way ahead of the competition, and my home is much prettier and cooler temperature wise than ever before!

Really great experienceCame on time and seemed to be really organized in the way the crew carried out each task. Each person had a task and did it with minimum supervision. Cleaned up after themselves as they moved from window to window. Explained how to operate the different functions of the window features and answered all questions we had. Really had a good experience. Good crew!!!

We've had windows put in twice. They're a little pricey. Overall I am pleased. The two gentlemen were very professional. The only snags were minor. The first set of windows I waited well over the 3 weeks, I finally ended up calling them and they forgot to call me to schedule installation. The other one is the workers scratched one window ledge and left a mess by the pool. The first time they cleaned up so the second time I didn't check, so it is my fault. Otherwise very pleased. Great product, the installation crew were super nice!

We were very pleased with both product and service from Window World. The windows that were installed were of excellent quality and have vastly improved both beauty and value of our home. The gentlemen who installed the windows were punctual and professional at all times. They were focused during installation, cleaned both inside and outside the work areas, and very thorough in explains how to use and clean our windows. They also made sure we had all warranty papers and understood them all including who and how to contact if there were ever and problems with the windows. The entire experience was a pleasure!

Everyone very professional and we are all very pleased with our new windows. The only mistake I made was not checking behind the installers to make sure they cleaned up everything. I found broke glass in the rooms and outside and nails and plastic in the yard

The people that represent this company are very professional and personable. Last year Jimmy came out to my home and gave a demonstration on the windows. We needed 11 windows. The price was very reasonable for the quality. When the installers arrived they were very friendly and went straight to work. By the end of the day the job was complete and the debris was cleaned up. The windows are very nice.

My husband and I were so pleased that we hired them to come back this year to put siding, soffit and fascia on our home. Again we received very good service.

Excellent service, I can't express that enough. Even when their factory produced a window size 1/4 of an inch off, they stayed on the order until it was corrected. Timely install and even after 1 year it is still the best investment in my home yet. I love the way they look and the quaility is great. I wish I could find more contractors for other jobs as good as them.
