				Would definitely do business with Window World again. Bruce, their sales rep was knowledgeable, friendly and patient (I couldn't pick a door color and ended up changing my mind). The installer's were efficient and friendly. Door came with a couple places that were missing paint, very small spots, but on a dark door very noticeable. They ordered touch up paint right away, came and fixed it and didn't charge my card until the job was completed in full. I would recommend doing business with Window World!

				The only drawback I have is that, I don't have a window sill anymore because of the way the windows fit into the openings. I chose black on outside and white inside. They look so good! Thanks Chris and crew for a great installation job!! ❤️

				Window World doesn’t only restore windows, they can replace siding on century old churches! Caledonia Church is so thankful for the restoration!

				Dealing with Bruce in sales was a pleasure. He came to our home and gave us a precise quote. A few weeks later, he returned to finalize our door replacement. The new door was ordered and within a month, the crew was here to replace our door. The installers were on time, and did a great job. They were very precise and clean. They made sure everything was completed correctly. I highly recommend Window World of the Pines.

Vinyl Parts Warranty

Under normal use, the vinyl components of the windows and patio doors will not blister, peel, rot or corrode.*

Mechanical Parts Warranty

All mechanical parts (locks, vent stops, balances) are warrantied to be free from manufactured defects in material and workmanship. Replacements for any defective mechanical parts will be supplied at no charge.*

Insulated Glass Unit Warranty

The double-pane insulated glass unit is warrantied against defects resulting in material obstruction of vision from film formation caused by dust or moisture in the dead air space of the unit for the life of the windows and patio doors.*

Transferable Warranty

If you move, the window and patio door warranty may be transferred to the subsequent homeowner provided Window World receives the warranty transfer form along with the then-current transfer fee within 30 days of the sale of your home.*
