Josh was my installer and was excellent. I was told that he would arrive between 8 and 10am; he showed up at 8 sharp. I bought 15 windows of all different sizes and he had them all installed including all of the inside trim on the first day by himself. He cleaned up everything in the house before he left, so I could move my furniture back that night . The next day he was on time and finished all of the outside trim and cleaned up everything on the outside of the house. All of the windows look fantastic. He was friendly, polite, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend Window World and Josh.

I contacted Window World for a estimate on 14 windows the young salesman Nolan Link was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to return my calls when I had a question or concern.The only issue I truly had was with the scheduling department not calling to let us know when we would be scheduled for installation I had to call them then the lady was only going to give us a week notice.Not everyone can get off work that quickly so that department needs to give customers a little more notice.Know the install guys Chad and Mike they kicked butt!! They were very honest,friendly and fast!! We have other projects to be done and when it comes time I'm definitely going to be requesting these to back to do the work.I'll definitely recommend Window World!! I had a great experience with Window World of Altoona. I had three really old single pane basement windows replaced with sliding windows at half the cost the other window store quoted me. It took the two guys about 2.5 hours. The windows look great and I highly recommend Window World of Altoona.

Can’t say enough how happy I am with the work these guys did. Mike and Chad did an excellent job. They were flexible to our needs and got everything done beyond our satisfaction. They were efficient and completed our job quickly.

We have had 3 houses done by Window World and Josh the installer. He is the best and because he is we specifically asked for him on the last 2 houses we had done. We had them put in all new windows and the flashing around them. The houses look unbelieveable and the tenants tell us they are so much warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Being built in 1910 and 1880 respectively you can imagine how bad the wooden double hungs were. We felt the cost was very reasonable. Josh is an expert who takes pride in his work so that you get the best job. Check with Window World if you need replacement window. They are great. Paul did all the estimates and was great and made very helpful suggestions. Be sure to ask for Josh, he truly is the best their is.

Bob & Jimmy did an excellent job professionally installing at my home, the largest garden window their manufacturer is willing to build. It replaced a failed and rotting bay window, they did an excellent job adjusting the molding and trim to make it look very nice. I intend to add many plants to these awesome solid glass shelves. I used Paul for a project and the windows came out beautifully. He has a great way to present a nice variety of options they provide in both products and installation and helping you choose. I asked for his recommendation on aluminum capping color and took his advice, so happy I did. The project turned out great. As great as the purchasing experience was, the installation process was even better. Communication was great. The install job was excellent and they worked with my tenants and kept them all happy. When choosing a company, I want to know they will stand behind their product. One window ended up coming in wrong. Only one call, Paul took care of everything necessary to make sure the entire project was completed to my 100% satisfaction. We bought windows from them 10 years ago and have been very happy with them. Our front bay windows, though had two windows which experienced some "fog" and we didnt notice because of the curtains on the inside and the shrubs on the outside. It was noticed by a roaming Anderson window salesman who said that he suspected we would not get Window World to replace them after all this time. Well guess what? I called Window World and they told me no problem! I took a photo of the bar code on the window and they re-made and replaced the windows. It did take a few months, but when the installer came, he noticed two others in the bay window group that needed replacement and he ordered them too! What incredible service. I cant say enough about how impressed I am with this company. At much less cost than Anderson.

We arrived close to closing time. We walked around. We didn't feel rushed. We asked questions and he explained the differences and showed us the differences and how they were different or the same. We felt cared for. Like a valued customer even though they didn't know we were going to buy something. Lowe's said we needed a custom door. There was no way it was a custom door. They came out, measured and said it was a standard size door. This company didn't try to upsell or even make us feel like we needed to get something we didn't want. Highly recommend. I would check in on the installers from time to time and they just kept chugging along and was done in no time. We had them installed at my moms house years ago and they are still holding up strong. We did have one window that had an issue there but they handled that promptly as well. I love the windows I got put in and would recommend to anyone.

I own a double wide, And the original windows in it were junk . I had window world come and replace all the windows. I have never regretted this decision as the workers were prompt, courteous, and very neat! I just had them come in and replace a door actually an outside door and it is the nicest door I have ever had. I highly recommend window world to anyone owning a home or double wide mobile home. Chad was great. Installation crew was excellent - very hard working and genuinely interested in doing a n excellent job. All new windows in our house are wonderful, and also complete renovation of our windows and doors in sunroom is wonderful. Only complaint is with scheduling the final portion of the job. Bob did not want to accept my word that there was a little more to do than he thought. He made me take pictures if incomplete work. In the end, the installation crew said they knew all that needed completed, and they were absolutely wonderful. All work was completed to perfection.

After installation, they cleaned inside and outside, caulked and sealed all around the entire exterior storm door, and tested the doors for function. Very happy with their work.

Great customer service

Even though they showed up a day earlier than scheduled (very punctual, lol), we were able to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the early installation. They started around 730 am and ended around 330 pm. We had 13 windows replaced. The guys were very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely hire them for our next home improvement project!

Our work date was rescheduled once by WW but they showed up right on time on the new date - at 7:30 am! They removed and installed a new deck sliding glass door, a new storm door to the garage, and wrapped our garage doors with aluminum siding.
