Had other windows from Window World so when I needed to finish upgrading whole house windows called them again. Easy to do business with and good payment terms. The wait was less than quoted. Installed 19 windows and wrapped trim in a few hours, cleaned well afterwards. Big difference in indoor comfort. Love that warranty can transfer on sale.

The Window World workmen were very efficient and friendly. They replaced 10 large windows and cleaned everything up afterward, all in less than 3 hours! I was pretty busy when they were done, so I didn't take time to go around and inspect every window before they left, so there are a couple of little things I'll need them to come back and adjust (which is fine because they come with a full warrantee), but all in all it was a positive experience.

Resources were scant during the slowdown so the window had a hard time arriving.Nevertheless the window is doing very good at retaining heat and preventing the noise of construction from filtering in The technician managed to put it together in but a single day within a few hours.I've used them for my other windows and they've done some solid work on those as well.

Great work and quality. The only hard part was trying to get an answer back about status of job due to material delay. They would say they would check and get.back but I would have to call. Otherwise great.

They got my Windows installed ahead of schedule and that alone says a lot during the times. I do need to add that they were extremely professional and on time. My sales person has been my contact the entire time. Great communication and willingness to correct any problems. My window installation was great I had a very good crew doing the work. My first front door I had a crew that didn’t know what they were doing.. it was inconvenient but the company makes you happy and will do whatever to make it right. They get burned by poor contractors too. They reordered entire door and frame and got someone excellent at installing doors. The warehouse where they make the product has made the wrong patio doors twice.beautiful but colors were wrong. It’s a long wait but the company makes it right and I think now they only let certain people install doors. The product is very nice I love my windows and doors. The warranty is transferable. There’s great communication with the office people too. So nice and easy to work with. If anything happens to product it’s replaced unless somehow you void your warranty. I definitely recommend Window World.

Third positive experience with Window World. Installers did a great job going above and beyond.While they were working in the back of our house, a Copperhead bit our puppy in the front yard. I went out back to tell them what happened and that we were leaving for the emergency vet. They came out front to help including helping to ensure the snake was no longer a threat. The lead installer called the next day to check on the puppy. Puppy's okay and healing.Enjoying our new windows!

Workers were very detailed during the installation process and prepared and cleaned up after installing the windows.

Door arrived painted wrong. The door was painted Hunter green (this was right) but the outside trim was also painted Hunter green!, the trim should have been white. The salesman that sold us the door had left the business and we were never told this information we only found this out when we started calling to find out status of door. The installation of the door was done by Vincent. The installer Vincent was great. He explained how and what he was doing during installation.

Overall a good experience. The only issue I had was that the installation crew showed up with one wrong window and they didn't know it until I pointed it out. Should have been obvious since it didn't have the grid. They went back to get the right window.

Good to deal with- excellent follow thru

The gutter installation crew was courteous and professional. We walked around the house and I pointed out downspout locations and other gotchas. They followed through and did exactly what I asked. They were diligent in cleaning up and returning things to normal.My only gripe was with the scheduling, which left us in the dark leading up to the day of installation.

After collecting 4 different quotes to replace my condo’s 4 windows, I had the best experience, start to finish, with the folks at Window World of Raleigh. From the person I spoke to on my very first call to schedule an estimate visit, to my sales guy/account manager, David, to my very friendly install man, Brandon, who installed all 4 by himself in less than 6 hours, my entire exploration, purchasing, and installation experience was stellar. I would have given window World a five star rating across the board but the clean up after the window installation wasn’t the best I’ve seen. I’m still finding debris, nails, window prices and little things left in our yard and areas where windows were installed. Cigarette 🚬 butts left all over the ground and we are not smokers... the installation crew was awesome in installation and service provided and the windows look amazing!!!! but the clean up afterwards needs to be improved.

I'm glad that I decided to go with Window World. Their quality of Windows is 5 star rated compared to Champions. My neighbor used Champions and you can see the difference in the workmanship and craftsmanship. They even wished they used Window World now. I reached out to 3 different company's. The other 2 was $3000 more and was telling me that I needed permits for electric work. They was trying to rip me off for more money. My father in law is a licensed contractor and schooled me on the fact that I didn't need it since I already have a electric socket and ceiling fan in place. I just stare at it everyday with a 😃. Thanks guys for the GOOD HONEST WORK.

I have worked with Window World multiple times to put windows in rental properties and have always been happy. I live in a home where the prior owner put in Window World windows and in 7 years in our home we have had zero problems with the windows.

The measuring, ordering and quote went well. However, the largest praise I have is for the installment. Wayne was absolutely awesome! He worked diligently...through the poring rain and cold weather to get my windows installed in a very timely manner. He was very professional and did an excellent job! The installation team was incredible! I would recommend to anyone and give the installation 5 gold stars!

I was very pleased with my Window World experience. I ordered 9 windows. The windows arrived in the amount of time they were promised. I was extremely pleased with how the installation went. I was expecting the installation to be an inconvenience that I'd just have put up with in order to get this done, but to my surprise the installation went so well that they were done in just a few hours. Love my new windows. The house looks so much better inside and out. Lastly, I had gotten a quote from another company and Window World's prices were much better.

Installers were great! Top notch! Only sort of area that prevents me from giving 5 star to Window world is that the replacement window they installed had a smaller glass area than the original. This was due to the extra framing or trim. Wasn’t aware that was going to be the case. Window looks great and happy with the service and install. Just know that a replacement window glass area may not match exactly the same as the original.

The 2 replacement windows were perfect for our ranch home. It was difficult finding the right windows, but Window World had them at a reasonable price.

Wayne came out and installed all the windows. Very professional and I would not hesitate to have him do this again. Highly recommended, and I am very pleased with the windows.KJ

I had my windows replaced at the beginning of March 2019 and I could not be happier with the experience. The windows replaced were original to the house, built in 1998, and they were in terrible condition. Many would no longer stay in the up and open position, or the seal had broken between the dual pane windows, allowing them to fog inside, appearing dirty all the time.Dennis and Oscar were my Window World installers. They confirmed what I had recently heard about the Raleigh Window World office. Specifically, that this branch was recently purchased as a franchise away from the corporate office and was now being run much more effectively by partners that were previously Window World installers themselves. Awesome, owners that actually understand the product and what it takes to install it!The removal of the old windows revealed an unexpected piece of framing. It was customized for the older windows and had to be removed. Oscar and Dennis had no problem completing this step, and the finished product of the new windows looks amazing! The guys did a great job cleaning up inside and outside the house, and with returning the vinyl siding into position around the new windows. The look from inside and outside the house is just amazing, and it's so nice to be able to raise and lower windows that are now crystal clear and completely functional! I am so glad I made this decision as a homeowner!Sure, shop around. I knew what it would cost to replace windows with Window World, because they are up front with their pricing model. In 2018, I had a more high-end competitor provide an estimate for replacing windows, and that estimate was shocking. It convinced me to reach out to Window World and have the same conversation. With Window World pricing being 40% of the higher-end providers, my decision to go with them left me feeling like I had dodged a bullet. My house did not require a fancy, customized install. What I needed was functional, modern windows that worked. That's exactly what I got with Window World.

We contracted with Wondow World of Raleigh to get sixteen 20 plus year old wood windows replaced in December 2018 for my rental property. The sales person stated it would be about 6 to 8 weeks before installation. Exactly two weeks later they were installing the windows. Not only were they 15 minutes early the day of installation but it was done in one day with no issues. The installers were professional, polite and very thorough. After the job was complete they explained and demonstrated how to work the windows. They let me know how much time the windows would take to dry. They cleaned up all the debris. This experience was all positive and I would recommend this company to anyone who wants excellent work. #GreatExperience!!

We chose Window World because of past experience. Window World (WW) came highly recomended and, after doing a lot of personal research along with other estimates, offered the best product for the money. Shane Zayac, the sales representative, was informative and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and was helpful in selecting the right product for my needs. Mike Trout, the installer, was efficient and quick. he arrived with the correct product and double checked the measurements. He did a great job and was sure to clean up afterwards. The experience with Window World was great, thanks to all involved.

Excellent food and service

Best windows you can get for the price. This is our second project with them and we could not be happier with the product, service and the fact that we know they will be there for us if anything ever goes wrong or a seal fails or whatever.

Once the windows were ordered and arrived installation was incredibly quick. It took less than 2 days to replace 14 windows and 2 doors. The installers were very friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for replacing older windows and doors.

Wonderful product and great installers, they do grade A work and I never have to worry about a leaking window again. The salesmen identified a shoddy install from the previous owner and what was causing the leak, walked me through what needed to be done and what was going to be in the contract, warranty, etc. Fast forward to the install: they walked me through what was going on behind the siding, why it was incorrect, and how they were going to fix it. 2 hurricanes later, and not a drop of water has been seen. Highly recommend

Ordered 8 double hung windows, two sliding glass doors and a specialty garden window for a renovation project on a 100 yr old house my husband and I purchased. David, our salesman, was great! He explained all of our options, throughly went over their products, demonstrated how the windows worked with a sample, took thorough measurements as we needed some custom windows including my very expensive but very desired garden window we wanted for our kitchen. He was just wonderful, no pressure, very knowledgeable about the products and generally pleasant and friendly. We were there told they should be in mid January but a clerical error was made and our garden window was not placed with our original order and no one notified us of this until the end February when we called to ask about the progress of our order. A little peeved as it set back some of our other projects. Although they put a rush on the order and windows were in in the following week and a half. Install date for this Thursday 5/8 and they finished install today 5/9. Tony and his crew did a very professional and efficient job. Properly installed windows that needed custom work and excellent clean up. Affordable prices for what we purchased and would recommend Window World to anyone needing windos, doors or siding services.

Window World of Raleigh did an excellent job replacing the windows in our parents' house. The salesman, office personnel and installation crew were knowledgeable, professional and personable. The quality of the windows are exactly what we expected when we ordered them and the installation looks great. Although one window originally delivered was the wrong size, the company handled the matter in a professional and timely manner, and did everything possible to preclude inconvenience. Upon completion of the project, the company also adjusted the price down for a bit of work that we originally contracted for but turned out to be unnecessary. I would not hesitate to engage this company again.

Window World was the best value from the three quotes I sought. Home Depot and Lowe’s were very expensive. My windows were ready approximately 6 weeks after placing my order. I ordered 8 windows. On installation day, the workers took no more than 3 hours to install them. They were fast and efficient. It would have been a nice bonus if they had vacuumed up after the windows were installed, but for the price, I was fine with doing the vacuuming. While installing one window, the installer dislodged a previous wood-epoxy repair to my window sill. He showed it to me shortly after it happened. When I received a call from Window World a few days later asking me about their service, I stated I was happy with my windows but made the caller aware of the window sill damage. She reduced the price of my window service by the price of the repair. Overall I am very happy with my windows, happy with the service, and happy with the way Window World remedied my window sill concern. I will recommend them to my neighbors.

Window World of Raleigh sent three guys out to my house this past week to replace an exterior door to our house. The crew that showed up arrived on time and were extremely polite!

We decided to have our old door replaced because there had been some substantial water damage to the wooden frame of the door near the kickplate. I'm so glad we decided to replace the door with a Window World door that will never rot. Our old door was barely holding itself together from all the weather damage.

The crew took amazing care not to damage our sheetrock on the inside of the house and the siding on the outside of the house. Also, some of our baseboard moldings would not have fit in the configuration they were originally in, so the crew pulled those off too to make sure everything fit back together perfectly. They also took a great amount of care to make sure the frame molding fit perfectly together so the 45-degree seams were not visible. It took them about 2.5 hours from start to finish, but I could tell they were very particular in making sure it was done right! I really couldn't have asked more of them.

Furthermore, I could tell the crew had a plan in place before they got on the ground. No one was ever standing around with nothing to do. They knew precisely what the next steps were, and if there was nothing for someone to do, in the interim, they would clean up any mess that had come from pulling the old door out. Everyone had a specific job, and I could tell, their position was to do the very thing they were best at. The crew leader took an amazing amount of care to make sure the lock fixtures worked properly and the door sat level and plum. If something was out of wack, he kept tweaking it until it was absolutely perfect. One of the other guys was in charge of just the frame molding; taking it off and replacing it with new molding. This was definitely his specialty. I probably would have done a considerable amount of damage to the sheetrock and siding had I pulled it off myself. But he didn't leave even so much as a scratch to my paint! The last guy was really just a laborer. He was constantly cleaning up after everyone and making cuts little by little until everything fit perfectly together. Until it was all said and done, when they finally were on their way out, I looked around, and I couldn't even tell anyone had been there to do anything. Not a scrap of paper or wood shaving was left behind!

I've had my fair share of dealings with repairmen coming over to fix something I was not prepared to deal with, and every time there is a mess of some sort left behind. But not this time, these guys were the epitome of professional service. If you are looking to have windows or doors replaced, I would not recommend anyone else other than Window World of Raleigh. Our door fits perfectly, works perfectly, and looks absolutely amazing!

I am selling the house so needed a speedy solution. The salesman promised to try and expedite it but said 4-6 weeks would be normal. It actually took over 8 but the quality of the window is great and the installer did great job. Just don’t plan on them being quick.

Our church (parish hall) had new windows installed in 2010. A mold/ mildew had developed between the panes in an upper sash of one window. We called Window World and they verified the window was still under warranty. They ordered the new sash and installed in less than a month with no additional costs to the church. Very satisfied.

I have read several review from disappointed customers. I'm surprised and very happy after the work. My experience was Great! sales guy was NOT pushy, explained all costs, (The price offered for 19 windows was several thousand dollars cheaper than Ameritech Construction for 15 windows.. The contract was signed one week after I met with the salesman, windows were ordered and four weeks later they arrived as scheduled .. They were installed over period of one and a half days. Product quality was great, installation was quick and done neatly. Workers clened up after themselves . I was more than pleased and especially so considering the pricing differences; ...Ameritech wanted $ 24,000.00 for 15 windows which I thought was exceptionally high. Window World did the job, but with 19 windows for $ 7,990.00. Shope around but rest assured my experience with Window World is very good.

We are very pleased with our new windows from Window World. We had one glitch, however, in that there were two windows that were left off our order and weren't on the truck the day of delivery and installation. Marty and his brother were very attentive to seeing that the error was immediately addressed with the office, before they began installing the other windows. They did immaculate work, were extremely courteous and kind. Marty came back this past week to install the other two windows. We would definitely recommend Window World to our friends.

Recently purchased a home that had Window World windows in it. 3 of the sashes had leaks and were under warranty. After calling Window World, I was able to easily transfer the warranty from the previous home owners, and they had my replacement sashes in within a few weeks. The guy that came out to replace my sashes, Hugh, was great to work with and easy to converse with as he replaced the damaged parts. Overall a great experience.

He didn't like the way the color of the caulk matched (I thought it looked fine) and got in his truck and took off to Lowes. He came back with caulk that matched 100%. These guys do it right. My real estate agent recommended them to replace a large picture window. The job was pretty involved including metal forming.Window world delivered right to quoted lead time and even showed up exactly when they said they would. Can't say that about many in this trade. Installation went clean and they even did an immaculate job caulking.

We had 31 windows and new wrapping around the windows on the out side . 2 men showed up. They put 31 windows and hauled everything away in 2 days . They were very nice and very professional. Often times I do things myself because the quality of worksmanship does not live up to my standards. I have to tell you though my experience with Window World from start to finish has been nothing but excellent. My salesman was pleasant, educational and most important not pushy. The install crew was early, worked their butts off, cleaned up after themselves and were also pleasant. I showed them a couple things I didnt like the way they looked and they changed it to my satisfaction...without complaint or attitude!! The windows....nothing short of excellent. The quality, the feel and the look all very impressive. I would highly recommend Window World to anyone that is entertaining the thought of getting new windows!! Also, I shopped around quite a bit.
